The most common reason for this to occur is forgetting to go and check your e-mail for the validation e-mail sent to you by the system. This e-mail contains a link that must be clicked to validate your profile. Another reason this may be happening is you may be entering the wrong username or password. Simply create another profile making sure that you print out the page you get after you submit the profile form, the one that gives your access codes, and keep it in a safe place for future reference.
